Acceptance of Terms
By accessing any SABIT X platform (including sabitx.com, sabitinc.com, vault.sabitx.com, operator.sabitx.com, or any subdomain), the user accepts these terms in full. Continued use constitutes binding acceptance.

Scope of Services
SABIT X provides, including but not limited to:

• Digital portals and online systems
• E-commerce platforms
• Technology, automation, and operator tools
• Document upload and management systems
• Business, consulting, and strategic services
• Real estate, retail, and convenience store operations
• Media, branding, and photography services
• Neuroxyn and supplement sales
• Professional services under SABIT X PLLC

SABIT X may modify, update, or discontinue services at its discretion.

Eligibility
Users must be 18+ and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Business accounts must be properly authorized by the entities they represent.

Account Responsibilities
Users agree to:

• Maintain accurate and current account information
• Secure their login credentials
• Use the platform solely as intended
• Accept full responsibility for actions taken within their accounts

Unauthorized access, misuse, or abuse may result in immediate termination.

Prohibited Use
Users may not:

• Commit or attempt fraud
• Upload illegal or prohibited files
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Abuse chargebacks or dispute mechanisms
• Interfere with SABIT X operations or security
• Misrepresent identity, authorization, or affiliation

Violations will result in investigation, escalation, and may lead to legal action.

Intellectual Property
All SABIT X branding, logos, software, designs, content, and platform architecture remain exclusive intellectual property of SABIT X and its entities. Unauthorized copying, reuse, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law
All policies operate under the laws of the State of Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Information Collected
SABIT X may collect:

• Account details (name, email, phone, contact data)
• Payment information (processed securely via Stripe or other providers)
• Uploaded documents and files
• Device, usage, and operational logs
• Store, camera, and Vault activity where applicable

Use of Data
Data is used to:

• Deliver and improve services
• Process payments and transactions
• Verify identity and prevent fraud
• Maintain security and system integrity
• Meet legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements

Safeguards
SABIT X employs:

• Encrypted storage where applicable
• Strict access controls
• Vendor compliance and due diligence
• No sale of customer or user data

Retention
Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business operation, security, or legal compliance.

User Rights
Where permitted by law, users may request:

• Correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion of data when legally permissible

• Credit and debit cards
• ACH transfers (where enabled)
• In-store POS payments
• Invoice-based or contract billing for high-value clients

Transaction Rules

• Payment must clear before delivery or activation of services
• Fraud-protection systems may flag, delay, or block suspicious activity
• Chargeback abuse may result in permanent blacklist across all SABIT X platforms

Currency
All payments are processed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Physical Goods

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable

Digital Products & Services
Non-refundable once delivered, accessed, downloaded, scheduled, or completed.

Includes, but is not limited to:

• Digital files and assets
• Consultations and professional services
• Subscriptions and memberships
• Vault access and Operator tools
• Secure website or portal access

Subscriptions

• Can be cancelled before the next billing cycle
• No refunds for partially used billing periods

Custom / Personalized Orders
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Processing Times

• Standard products: typically 3–7 business days
• Custom items: typically 7–14 business days
• Digital products: instant or as otherwise specified

Shipping Issues
SABIT X is not liable for delays or failures caused by:

• Carriers and logistics providers
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
• Customer unavailability or refusal
• Force majeure or uncontrollable events

Lost or damaged shipments may require a carrier claim and supporting documentation.

This applies to vault.sabitx.com, admin portals, and all secure upload systems.

Permitted Uploads
Users may upload documents required for:

• Verification and onboarding
• Business and consulting services
• Store operations and management workflows

Restricted Uploads
Prohibited uploads include:

• Illegal or prohibited content
• Excessive government ID data beyond verification needs
• Malware, malicious code, or harmful files
• Fraudulent, fabricated, or misleading documents

Security

• Uploads are encrypted where applicable
• Access is limited to authorized personnel
• Audit logs and access trails may be maintained
• SABIT X may remove illegal, harmful, or non-compliant files

Billing Cycles

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Users may be notified of major pricing or structural changes

Cancellation

• Subscriptions may be cancelled via the account dashboard
• No refunds for partially used billing cycles

Access Termination
If payment fails or is reversed, access may be suspended until resolved.

Applies to gas stations, convenience stores, online orders, merchandise, and food items operated or branded under SABIT X.

In-Store Orders

• Payments must be completed before pickup
• No refunds on food items and certain consumables
• Age-restricted products require valid ID at time of purchase

Online Orders

• Pickup orders must be claimed within specified windows
• Unclaimed orders may be discarded and are not eligible for refund

Safety & Conduct

• SABIT X may refuse service in cases of theft, harassment, disruption, or security risk
• All locations may use security cameras and real-time monitoring

General Disclaimer
SABIT X is not liable for:

• Customer misuse of products or services
• Unauthorized access arising from user negligence
• Failures of third-party services or platforms
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer input
• Delays or failures caused by force majeure events

Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SABIT X’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service at issue.

Internal Resolution First
Users agree to contact SABIT X directly and attempt good-faith resolution before initiating chargebacks, formal disputes, or legal claims.

Escalation Path

• Step 1: Internal review and resolution attempt
• Step 2: Mediation, if required
• Step 3: Arbitration or litigation under Texas jurisdiction (Collin County), as applicable

All disputes must be handled in good faith by both parties.

SABIT X may revise, amend, or replace these policies at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting to the applicable platform, unless otherwise stated.

This framework applies across:

• All SABIT X websites and subdomains
• All mobile and web platforms
• All physical stores and on-premise operations
• All SABIT X-branded services and entities, present and future

Accessing any SABIT X environment means operating under this universal policy framework.
