1. Terms & Conditions (Universal)

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any SABIT X platform (including sabitx.com, sabitinc.com, vault.sabitx.com, operator.sabitx.com, and related subdomains), the user agrees to these terms in full. Continued use constitutes binding acceptance.

Scope of Services

SABIT X provides:

• Digital services and portals

• E-commerce products

• Technology systems

• Document upload/management

• Business consulting

• Real estate, retail, and convenience store operations

• Media, brand, and photography services

• Neuroxyn and supplement-related products

• Professional services under SABIT X PLLC

SABIT X may update, modify, or discontinue any service at its discretion.

Eligibility

Users must be 18+ and legally able to enter binding contracts.

Business accounts must be authorized by their entity.

Account Responsibilities

Users must:

• Keep login info secure

• Maintain accurate records

• Use the platform as intended

• • Accept full responsibility for actions taken within their accounts

  Unauthorized access results in immediate termination.

  Prohibited Use

  Users may not:

  • Commit fraud

  • Upload illegal files

  • Violate intellectual property

  • Abuse chargebacks

  • Interfere with platform operations

  • Misrepresent identity

  Violations will be escalated and recorded.

  Intellectual Property

  All content, branding, logos, graphics, software, and designs remain property of SABIT X and cannot be copied or reused without explicit written permission.

  Governing Law

  All policies fall under Texas jurisdiction unless required otherwise by law.

  2. Privacy Policy (Universal)

  • Payment details (handled securely by Stripe)

  • Uploaded documents

  • Device/usage logs

  • Store, camera, or Vault activity where applicable

  How We Use It

  • Improve product functionality

  • Verify identity

  • Meet legal/regulatory obligations

  How We Protect It

  • Encrypted data storage

  • Strict access controls

  • Vendor compliance (Stripe, shipping, etc.)

  • Zero sale of customer data

  • Limited sharing only for operational functionality

  Data Retention

  Documents and logs are stored only as long as reasonably necessary for compliance, security, or business operation.

  User Rights

  You may request:

  • A copy of your data

  • Correction of inaccurate info

  • Deletion when legally permissible

  3. Payment Policy (Universal + Stripe Compliant)

  Accepted Methods

  • Stripe (primary)

  • Credit/debit cards

  • ACH (where enabled)

  • In-store POS

  • Invoice-based payments for high-value clients

  Transaction Rules

  • Payment must clear before delivery

  • Fraud-protected systems will flag or block suspicious activity

  • Chargeback abuse results in permanent blacklist

  Currency

  All payments are processed in USD unless otherwise listed.

  4. Refund & Return Policy

  Physical Goods

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Return shipping is customer’s responsibility

  • Shipping/processing fees are not refundable

  Digital Products & Services

  Non-refundable once:

  • Delivered

  • Accessed

  • Downloaded

  • Scheduled or completed

  Includes: consultations, digital files, uploaded content, subscriptions, Vault services, Operator portal, and website access.

  Subscriptions

  • Can be cancelled before next billing cycle

  • No retroactive refunds

  Special Orders

  Custom or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.

  5. Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

  Processing Times

  • Standard: 3–7 business days

  • Custom products: 7–14 business days

  • Digital products: instant or within published delivery windows

  Shipping Issues

  SABIT X is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Customer absence

  • Force majeure

  Lost or damaged shipments may require carrier claims.

  6. Document Upload & Vault Policy

  Applies to vault.sabitx.com, admin portals, and any secure upload system.

  Permitted Uploads

  Users may upload documents required for:

  • Verification

  • Business services

  • Consulting

  • Store operations

  • Management and oversight

  Restricted Uploads

  Prohibited uploads include:

  • Illegal content

  • Sensitive government ID beyond verification needs

  • Malware

  • Misleading or fraudulent documents

  Security

  • All uploads encrypted

  • Access limited to authorized staff

  • Logs recorded for audit trails

  Removal

  SABIT X reserves the right to remove illegal, harmful, or inappropriate files.

  7. Subscription & Membership Policy

  Billing Cycles

  Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

  Users are notified before major pricing changes.

  Cancellation

  Can be cancelled via account dashboard.

  No refunds for partially used cycles.

  Access Termination

  If payment fails, access is suspended until resolved.

  8. Store & Retail Policy

  (Applies to gas stations, C-stores, online orders, merch, food items)

  In-Store Orders

  • Payments must be completed before pickup

  • No refunds on food items

  • Age-restricted items require ID

  Online Orders

  Pickup orders must be claimed within specified time windows.

  Unclaimed orders are not eligible for refund.

  Safety & Conduct

  SABIT X may refuse service for:

  • Disruptive behavior

  • Theft

  • Harassment

  • Security threats

  All locations utilize security cameras and real-time monitoring.

  9. Liability Policy

  General Disclaimer

  SABIT X is not liable for:

  • Customer misuse of products

  • Unauthorized access

  • Third-party service failures

  • Consequential damages

  • Incorrect customer input

  • Force majeure events

  Maximum Liability

  Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.

  10. Dispute Resolution Policy

  Internal Resolution First

  Users agree to contact SABIT X before filing chargebacks, disputes, or claims.

  If unresolved:

  The matter proceeds to:

  2. Arbitration

  3. Texas court jurisdiction (Collin County)

  Customer agrees to handle disputes in good faith.

  11. Policy Updates

  These policies apply across:

  • All SABIT X websites

  • All subdomains

  • All mobile experiences

  • All real-world store operations

  • All branded services and business entities
